This year’s Scouting for Food brought in 2,248 items for the food pantry.
Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, the Lions Club, 4-H, Honor Society, Eudora United Methodist and St. Paul Church of Christ were involved with going through neighborhoods to collect donations.
“This big drive provides a majority of the food for our pantry yearly,” said Katrina Hayes, Scouting for Food coordinator and vice president of Eudora Lions Club.
