The new Wendy’s is set to open Wednesday.
The building and its interior at 1501 Church St. are completed. The restaurant’s parking lot is still under construction but plans are still on schedule, said Kirk Williams, founder and chairman of Legacy Restaurant Group.
The new Wendy’s has found success finding employees through multiple social media posts on Eudora Facebook groups.
“Right now we have 30-40 employees ready for opening. We are still hiring but ready to go and excited to open,” Williams said.
The hours for this location are 6:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
