Cross country runners Zach Arnold and Hanna Keltner join host Jack Denebeim on this Behind the Athlete edition of the Barbwire Barbecue Sports Show to talk about the season so far and some of their highlights. Arnold and Keltner also discuss how they got into distance running and how they keep themselves motivated in such a demanding sport.
