We are embarking on another major fundraising campaign to keep the newspaper going.

Even a $50 annual donation helps and amounts to 14 cents a day to support local news.

For the next month, you will see promos for our Thankful for the Eudora Times campaign to bring in $25,000 to support our operations.

All of the money raised goes directly to support the reporters who work here. It’s so Cuyler can cover City Commission and sports. So Annalynn can be everywhere around town taking photos. So Bella can cover the schools and businesses. So Quinn can organize events like the holiday cookie contest and Pet March Madness.

Since losing a full-time reporter two months ago, our staff has been stretched incredibly thin. We simply need the community’s financial support to be able to have proper staffing for a town of this size.

I wish you could see the behind-the-scenes that I do every day of how hard these students work to serve this town. They go to school full time, have part-time jobs and fit in work in Eudora every free minute that they have beyond that.
