Dumplin’ season

Eudora United Methodist Church assembled apple dumplings for its annual fundraiser Sunday morning. Roughly 30 volunteers gathered to assemble 120 pans with six dumplings each.

The assembly had five stations: dough ball makers, apple peelers, trimmers to remove what the peelers missed, assemblers and quality control packagers.

The dumplings will also be available for purchase at EudoraFest.
