Lt. Tom Willis confirmed two people were arrested after the warrant was served July 18. The Eudora Times asked for a copy of the arrest record and was told it is not public.
No further details were released.
Chief Wes Lovett said they were arrested and released pending charges.
“Charges stemming from the search warrant have been sent to the district attorney’s office. We are seeking charges against only the male resident at this time,” he said.

Two adults were arrested Friday.
Interim City Manager Zack Daniel said police served a search warrant at the property at 1007 Main St. that led to the arrests. This is an ongoing investigation, he said.
Residents reported a large police presence in the area earlier Friday evening.
Police Chief Wes Lovett did not provide further details Friday night.
