Members of the Eudora Methodist Church made nearly 900 apple dumplings Sunday in preparation for EudoraFest.
Church member Marcia Bagby said even though the creation process is hard work, it’s always a fun time for everyone involved.
“It’s a little bit stressful at times. But then once we get to the day of making them, it’s just a fun fellowship time for the church members,” Bagby said. “We have stuff that the youngest kids can do up to, you know, people, elderly folks can participate, too. So there’s just a lot of different levels of tasks to do. And so everyone can get involved.”
Members of the church will sell apple dumplings at EudoraFest on Oct. 7.
