UPDATE: As of 3:30 p.m, there have been a total of 701 votes both in-person and by advanced ballots. The county reported 151 have voted at the community center, 118 at the Baptist church and 50 at city hall on Tuesday.
Residents have until 7 p.m. Tuesday to vote for School Board and City Commission candidates.
As of 10 a.m. Tuesday, 74 people voted at the community center, 25 people at city hall and 58 at the Baptist church. The county reports 539 people have voted either in-person or with advanced ballots as of 10 a.m.
For the full Q&A with each candidate, click their name. There are five candidates for City Commission: Tim Bruce, Alex Curnes, Jim Kerby, Brian Landon and Roberta Lehmann. Bruce, Curnes and Lehmann are current commissioners.
Zach Brooks, Mark Chrislip, Claire Harding, Becky Plate, Lynn Reazin and Kelley Woods are running for School Board. Chrislip, Harding, Plate and Reazin are current board members.
The polls at the Baptist church, City Hall and the community center will be open until 7p.m.
If you requested an advanced mail-in ballot, you have until 7 p.m. to place it in a ballot box.
