Eudora students are recognized at their respective universities for academic achievements.

Reilly Moore, a student at Missouri State University, was placed on the spring dean’s list. Moore received at least a 3.5 GPA with at least 12 credit hours.

Kat Balke was recognized for being initiated to the University of Kansas’ Phi Beta Kappa, an academic honor society.

The society initiated 75 new members. To be eligible for the achievement, students must be seniors with at least a 3.65 GPA while pursuing a broad and substantive liberal arts curriculum.

The Good Neighbor section will publish when there is content. We will publish event notices once for free before requiring the purchase of an ad.

We also will accept new job announcements, birth announcements, engagement/marriage/anniversary announcements, high school and college graduation announcements, and pet news. Pet news could include announcement of a new pet or an obituary for a pet. The cost of these various announcements will be $10 each. The fee is to support personnel who must prepare this information for publication.
