The City Commission will meet for a special meeting Monday night to discuss details pertaining to residential development.
About a dozen members from the public attended a prior Planning Commission meeting to hear discussions of a potential change to property restrictions to allow for smaller houses.
The Planning Commission ultimately decided to not recommend the city approve these changes.
Now, the City Commission will have a chance to get more details and have conversations about the proposals.
The requests come from Justin Baker of Alcove Development as he continues to plan for residential development.
The special meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in City Hall.
During the regular meeting, the City Commission will vote on whether to approve those residential zoning changes.
They will also discuss the dates for upcoming meetings.
The regular meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in City Hall. The link to the zoom is available on the agenda.
