As GW Weld and Dustin Baker continue to plan for the future of their housing development at 10th and Peach, the city will hear the latest at Monday’s City Commission meeting.
The City Commission will consider the recommendations from the Planning Commission following the presentation about the Paschal’s Landing and 10 Union Lofts preliminary development plan.
The project includes both market value and affordable options.
The commission will also discuss a presentation on the Parks and Rec master plan, as well as hear updates on the 2025 to 2029 capital improvement plan.
As the city continues to discuss the water treatment plant project, there will also be an update on delivery methods for the plant.
Staff comments will focus on sewer repair updates, economic development programs for residential projects, 2025 budget amendments and RAISE grant updates.
The commission also plans to go into executive session twice Monday night, citing attorney-client privilege to obtain legal advice for the first and non-elected personnel regarding the city manager’s annual review for the second.
