A new bank may soon call Eudora home.
City commissioners are set to discuss an $800,000 bid by Mid America Bank for a lot in the Nottingham Development. A letter of intent was submitted Thursday to City Manager Barack Matite by a real estate group.
The proposed bank will be 33,000 square feet on lot #4 of the Nottingham map.
Commissioners will also hear from Gordon CPA and an audit of city finances in 2021.
Finally, Kenny Massey was recruited by the Eudora Library Board to fill a position left empty by former board member Amy Durkin. Commissioners will consider appointing Massey to the position.
Commissioners meet at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
